However if you want to manage and analytic customer feedbacks. You need to have a Review App to do that. 2 - Review App

You need to choose App to use by this way: Go to Settings > Third party app settings > Review apps

After that you click to Save

Then you go to Product related > Editing tab > Enable show rating
